A Snow Day
The plows have decided our street was not worth going down yet, so we are hunkered down for awhile. Jerome got up this morning to shovel the cars out, but came back in when I told him the schools were closed and I didn’t think the Corolla would make it down the street without the plows! He is working from home for awhile and helping me with the mound of laundry that had accumulated.
The girls are stranded in Columbus at their dad’s house still, but he said they remembered their boots from school so hopefully they are enjoying the white fluffy.
I am still catching up on re-organizing show totes, cleaning up supplies, entering credit cards… all the fun stuff that comes after shows.
I did list even more new goodies, including these.
Why, oh why, when snowy scenes are on vintage Christmas cards they are so beautiful, but when snowy scenes are all over your driveway they are just a nuisance? Well, I guess I didn’t have anywhere too important to go today, except to pick up book three in the Twilight series. I am a serious dork. I went to see the movie with my mom and niece and one of her friends, but they have finished all the books and gave away a lot of secrets. Oh well. I still want to finish!!
I wish this picture of the balloon thief from the Craftacular would have turned out a bit better, but it is still cute!
That is Ms. Lily, my friend Sachi’s daughter. She wasn’t actually stealing them. We told her at the end of the show to take some. They were so pretty I wish I could have dragged them all home with me!!
Stay warm everyone, and enjoy the snowy scenes, even if they are in your driveway.

Hi Naomi,
Glad you are all home and safe from this storm! LOVED the picture of Lily.
Did you get the Walgreen site pictures I sent yesterday?
Stay dry!
Love to All
