Gingerbread, Cereal, and My Last Show for the Year

This has been a pretty good week. Except for filling orders, I have been taking a break from work.

Tonight is my very last show for the season. You can find me here tonight.

Here’s a little more info on the show..

WIST Holiday Trunk Show
Featuring homemade items by the Etsy Wisconsin Street Team
5-9 pm, 12/13,
Lazy Jane’s Cafe

2nd Annual WIST Holiday Trunk Show
Saturday December 13, 5-9pm
Lazy Jane’s Cafe, 1358 Williamson St., Madison, WI

Over 20 Wisconsin artists and crafters who have come together through etsy.com invite you to come out to shop, meet the artists, and enjoy complimentary holiday treats in a laid back environment. First 30 shoppers will receive a free gift bag.

It’s going to be fun, but a bit less stressful than some of my previous shows this season.

We also did the obligatory gingerbread houses.

They were a ton of fun and the girls were really good while we made them!

Here are the individual houses.

We can’t have a post without a Henri update. So what has this little man been up to?

His first food! He LOVES the rice cereal.

Now I have to reorganize my show totes, finish another hat for an order that needs to go out, and sneak in a few minutes to myself. The girls cashed in their change and each ended up with about $30 for Christmas shopping so Jerome took ALL the kids with him to go shopping. I feel a little guilty, but not enough to stop him!!! He is going to have them tonight too while I am at the show but I think he is going to bring them by for a little while. Thank you Christmas spirit for a great holiday season, and my great family.
