No, I am not referring to the ones living under all the furniture in my house. I am referring to these four.

That is the one, single, only, kind of ok picture I got of all the kiddos on Halloween. They were all various furry things this year. Zoe was actually a werewolf (hence the hoodie and sweats…), Darby was a cat, although I think she just likes taking my cat hats when I finish them, Henri was the preivously mentioned lion, and Ms. Luna was a tiger. She wasn’t thrilled about being a tiger but I explained kindly to her that she was still supposed to be IN UTERO for Halloween.

The girls were at their dad’s house for trick or treating and Jerome and I were working so the little kids got to hang out at Grandma and Grandpa V’s for awhile. I actually have to admit that I spent a large portion of my ‘work’ time napping that day. I have been a bit weepy lately. Thank god nothing like with Henri (my therapist actually used the term ‘well adjusted’ last week… obviously my appointment wasn’t long enough!), but still a bit edgy.

I did get a wonderful surprise from Jerome on Friday.

An Edible Arrangements!! Yeah!! It was his way of saying ‘thanks for carrying my kids around in your stomach and then popping them out’, and ya know what? Nothing says thanks like fruit dipped in chocolate. Man I love that guy…

Time to change poopy diaper # 5,000 for the day and put my feet up for a few. Then I have to finish the Craftacular booth layouts, make dinner (I’m thinking Italian sausage with peppers and onions with spaghetti and garlic bread…), get big kid #1 working on her homework (plus three sick days worth from last week), clear off table for big kid #2 to work on Sculpey projects, and wait for Jerome and Mr. H to get home…
