Sewing & Shit
November 17th, 2005 9:52 am by Miss Heather in Day to Day at GlitterSo I’ve been up since 4 a.m. sewing. I got into Glitter at 8 & this morning & I’m happy because Naomi is coming in & she’s been up since 4 too!
My hands are totally shredded from embroidering & I’ve had to tape them up 
We leave for Art vs Craft at Noon tomorrow so now we are on the big countdown. I have to make Barrettes today plus finish my sewing.

We have matching paws!
Ok, where are my art gal palz, with the ninja, knitting skills? You’re all incredibly crafty…can’t you make us something soft, that also has some little grip pads on it….oh, and we both have tiny paws, so x-small would be optimal. And hey, if they were pink…well…I would just be smitten.
MOST importantly, if you could make something that isn’t too fuzzy, that would be a litteral life saver. I tried to use a fuzzy mitten (the one I normally use, when I handle hot glass) last week, to protect my paw, while using my Dremel…..NOT good planning on my part (hey, some things that normally you would never, ever, even dream of doing, sound like a good plan at 3am).
Did you know… mitten fuzz gets caught in a Dremel? Oh yeah, and your Dremel pulls fuzz into it at 1400 rpm’s…dragging your digits with it. I can’t talk about it anymore .
