Baby Angels

May 20th, 2007 12:07 pm by Naomi in Day to Day at Glitter

First, I want to thank everyone for their super kind words and support when I told you all I was expecting twins. Unfortunately, yesterday morning our tiny babies came into the world much to early. Charlie was born first and he weighed 6 oz. and baby Molly weighed 7 oz. I am not a religious person, although I feel I am spiritual, but I do know that our tiny tiny babies are angels now, wherever they are.

I will be taking off some time with help from my amazing friends and family. I could never get through this without the amazing love from my husband and our families, and also my dear dear friends especially Emily and Heather. They were two of the first people to know and both came by with flowers and love and support. They both sat with me and listened to the story of the babys’ births and loooked at their beautiful little pictures.

Anyway, I appreciate all the prayers and thoughts again as we go through this painful experience, but fortunately Jerome and I both know what a beautiful world this is and that someday the hole in us that these babies have left will be filled with warmth and beauty once again.

What a horribly sad loss. Hope you find some small bit comfort in the fact that many strangers who love you from afar are thinking of you and your family right now. So sorry.

I don’t think it’s possible for anyone to understand what loss you must feel. I am so glad to know that you have so many people near to you to help you.
