The pickings were a bit slim today, but we still managed to find a few goodies. I love the little gnome. He looks like he has a black eye in this pic (he doesn’t) and he has a chipped hat (he does) but he is soooo cute. He’s even holding a mushroom! I told Jerome I could knit him a new hat and he very kindly reminded me that perhaps that would not be the best use of my time. I am up to my gnome hat in wholesale and custom orders, not to mention my mom comes a week from Wednesday, we are having a huge Halloween party, oh and my holiday shows start the week after that!! Sorry Mr. Gnome. No new hat right now.

I had a very nice weekend all in all. October is proving to be a bit slow at the shop (come on people!!! support your indie businesses!!!!), but I do have confidence that this is the calm before the storm.

Well, I smell my hazelnut coffee brewing (I do, truly have the best husband on earth…. chicken cordon bleu and asian salad for dinner and he even let me eat a huge slice of carrot cake after dinner without reminding me that I have not exercised in days!), and I have one more special order kitty hat waiting for me to start, so I must call it a post.
