Well, it may not be the night before Christmas, but it certainly is coming soon!
Sorry I have been a bit behind in my posting. On Wednesday was my oldest daughter Darby’s 10th b-day. I have absolutely no idea when that happened. It seems like only yesterday I was spending the whole night pushing her around the living room in her stroller while she screamed her tiny little colic-y head off. This year? She ended up with a flu bug. The poor thing got to spend her birthday home sick. Which of course meant mom got to be home sick too (and the next day, and the next… I catch about every bug on earth… oh, I’m looking for opinions on flu shots too… what’s your opinion??? Got a shot one year, got deathly ill from it, didn’t get the shot last year, got the flu….). Anyway, High School Musical ice cream cake was still eaten by all and it turned out ok.
So, sneaky little me is planning some big surprises for all of you for the holidays. I’ve been plotting and plotting (in between scrubbing my van out… don’t ask, and washing every piece of clothing and towels we own! Well, I should be at least..) and within the next week should have some fun details for you so stay tuned!
I did list a few of the Christmas card coasters in the shop too so hurry and snatch them up!

No on the flu shot thingy, you are to young to really need it.
It’s great for the over 60’s maybe even 50’s or the under 12’s, but otherwise our age group get’s to suck it up and let our immune system deal with it.
Christmas?…….bah humbug!!!!

Absolutely YES on the flu shot. I think it\’s one thing if you are very healthy, but you havn\’t been. You also have small germ factories otherwise know as children around you!.
If a person\’s immune system is compromised, I think a flu shot is beneficial.
I try to get one every year. The time\’s I havn\’t I\’ve been sick all winter.
