Storybook Barrettes
February 27th, 2008 9:58 am by Naomi in Day to Day at Glitter, What We GotWhat a crazy few weeks these have been! I am almost done the shop. Well, almost done packing stuff up. I have a mound of boxes to send back to my consignors and still some pretty major cleaning, but all in all I can see an end in sight (mostly because of the hubby!). I do feel a bit useless not being able to help much with all the hauling and lifting.

Besides hauling, cleaning, and packing we have been busy with more doctor appointments (the bean is doing great… I get to go every week and listen to heartones. Jumping at 154 this week!), haircuts, shoe buying (why do kids feet grow sooooo fast???), and trying to get the house finished up a bit before my mom comes in about TWO WEEKS. Yikes. Her cousin lives right by IKEA so I will be meeting them down there in Schaumberg. I am going to have to desperately remind myself that I am trying to reduce and be earth friendly, not buy tons of cheap Swedish crap. Well, besides ginger cookies perhaps….
Wish me luck these next few days. I have to be out of the shop by Friday. It is a good feeling, but definately a bit bittersweet…
