On the menu today is completely organic (down to the brown sugar!) overnight caramel apple french toast. Yum. This is one of my favorite breakfasts but due to the fact that you have to think of it the night before and get up an hour early to bake it, we have not had it in a very long time. I think it is well worth it, although the girls were of course, not very impressed with it. Jerome and I enjoyed it very much though! Oh, and Emily, look! I really do use your potholders!!!
Emily and I had a great day yesterday. We are trying to plan one day a week to do something, wether it be just sit and craft, grab coffee, or thrift like we did yesterday. I didn’t find too much, and with our major spring purge going on I knew Jerome does not want me bringing more in, but it was so nice anyway. I am very jealous of the beautiful vintage coat that Emily found though. I’d be happy if I could even button my coat! No, not really. I love my big ‘ol round belly!
I did come home and finish a couple more little projects too.
This little bunny seems to be eating too much this winter too!
and, this springy coaster is not brand new, but is now listed in the shop
Off to warm up some more french toast (breakfast number 2… hey, when you get up at 5:30 in the morning and are growing a 20 lb. baby, you can have two breakfasts!) and get started on more projects!
