It is spring. Really.

This is how I’m going to picture spring. The gnomes are playing the accordian while the little spring chicks dance about. Now, the way spring really is here today? Near blizzard conditions. Well, I’m stretching it a little, but I shoveled the sidewalk and about two hours later after taking the girls for a dentist appointment and having lunch you seriously couldn’t tell I shoveled.
It has been a busy spring break week so far! Lot’s of running about with my mother. I did really really well at IKEA and only ended up getting a package of clips for my fridge and a little milk frother! We looked at some chairs since my mom wanted to buy me one for an early baby gift, but I just couldn’t break down and let her get something like that there. We finally found an absolutely wonderful one at a thrift shop here in town that is in perfect condition, came with a little foot stool, and after looking up the brand online found out they retail normally for $300 - $800! We found this one for $90. It will be a perfect chair for baby cuddling and nursing!
Besides shopping, dentists, doctors and eating, we went to see Spiderwick (ok, nothing to write home about) and are spending lots of time just enjoying being together.
Now with the girls at my sisters for a sleepover, my laundry changed in the washer and a full belly, I bid you goodnight. Time for a nap!
