Sharing the Love
I love owls. Always have, possibly always will. Here is a little amigurumi one I finished this morning.
I can only crochet or sew for about fifteen minutes at a time so everything is taking me sooooo long, but it is still worth it. All the plush go really well at shows and I need to stock up for next Saturday’s Craftacular!
This weekend will be filled with more postering, more creating, and sprucing up the signs for outside the High Noon. I am really looking forward to the show, but there is always a big sigh of relief when it is all done. Of course, then it is straight on to baby stuff!
Speaking of baby stuff, I received another completely wonderful Etsy baby shower gift yesterday!!
How stinking cute is that!!! The lovely ensemble is from MarchThirdDesigns on Etsy. I just noticed she is selling cloth diapers too so I may have to check those out.
We did finally make it to one store to register for shower stuff last night. Zoe was in charge of the scanner, so we’ll see what kind of interesting things make it on there! I’m also super frustrated because I went online to change some things and not only had they incorrectly entered the password I chose, but even when I put in the wrong one that was emailed to me that didn’t work! Now I get the joy of calling some customer service number and probably being on hold half the morning…. my own fault I suppose for going to a big box store….
Today is filled with more crafting and a trip to the city pool to meet Darby and her friend’s family, do a little swimming, and cart her home. She is such a social butterfly and goes CRAZY if she isn’t constantly surrounded by friends. Zoe and I are much more the homebodies.
Time for breakfast and a bit of work.
I am loving all the yummy drink comments!! Keep em coming!

I’ve always loved owls too. I think my love for owls began when I was a little girl and loved X the Owl from Mr. Rodger’s Neighborhood :)
My favorite out fit when I was little (4th grade?) was a green denim jacket and pants with owls silkscreened on the back of the jacket and on the bells of the pants! Wish I had a pic of that ensemble! Take good care of yourself Naomi! Best of luck at the Craftacular!
