Small Bounties

Some of the barrettes are up in the shop. I have a ton more frames done too, but I think most of those will be heading to Anthology
.
We also have a teeny tiny bounty of tomatoes from the garden. The plants are huge and there are about a million green tomatoes, but nothing is ripening!! Any suggestions??
Here are today’s picks, in all their scrawniness… of course I actually despise tomatoes, so it’s no big loss to me, but I do like making sauces from scratch and using them in recipes.
Speaking of small things, did you really think I would post without including more baby pics???
Henri is definately staying awake longer at a time now. It’s nice to see his little eyes! He’s doing pretty good at night, getting up about every two hours to nurse and be changed. We are having some definate poop and pee issues. No, it’s not that he’s not going or anything like that, but he certainly does prefer to do both of those in the brief seconds that his diaper is off. He actually drenched my shirt the other night when I was changing him. Doesn’t he know I’ve only had girls?? I don’t know anything about pee shooting up in the air!! Poor guy, I’ll stop discussing his bad habits..
I also decided on some birth announcements to order. I had grand illusions of hand making all the announcements, but those quickly dwindled with each email I receive from wholesale and consignment shops telling me my inventory is low. Thank goodness! I explained to Henri that mom works at home, and he needs to let me WORK during nap time and not just hang out on my boob waiting for the next time he feels like eating. Sorry, I know this post is full of too much info..

One extra note, a HUGE CONGRATS to Ms. Janet on the birth of her son! We were due, I believe on the exact same date (this upcoming Saturday) but both of our men couldn’t wait to enter this marvelous world….

I can’t really believe you’re already working. I know having my 2nd didn’t stun me like my first did but still…wow. :)

Love the pictures of Henri.. and I’m glad a post doesn’t go by without pictures. SO sweet!
(and, I don’t mean to be piggy, but I’m glad you have more frames for us). We LOVE the wild things frame, and Sachi says she has a day off on Wednesday if you’d like her to come pick things up. No pressure… ha ha. I moved things around yesterday and saw the usual spike in moved items today, including your tiles and frames. But really, don’t stop napping on our account.

Hi I was wondering how do you make those story book things like do you make the buttons yourself and were do you get the images?

I do make the buttons myself. They are all from the recycled stories, themselves.

Thank You Naomi! Little Jake and I are doing just great! He’s made me dodge a few times during the changes too. lol I try to put a flannel cloth over the area to catch it but sometimes he wriggles it off. Oh well…at least pee is sterile. lol I am so glad that both of our little boys are here and happy and healthy!! xo Janet
