Are you an artist or crafter looking to showcase your product to thousands of customers on the beautiful shore of Lake Monona? Then read on!
The Eighth Annual Summer Craftacular will be held Sunday July 29th, from 10 am to 4 pm at the East Side Club, 3735 Monona Drive, in Madison, WI
All types of handmade items will be considered including food items (individual vendors are responsible for all permits required to sell food products). Items at your booth must be handmade, by you or by your group. If you are applying as a group, please send examples of everyone’s work along with ONE primary contact.
There are two types of booth spaces. The indoor spaces are 8 ft. x 5 ft. There are 47 booth spaces indoor. The outdoor booths are 10 ft. x 10 ft. There are 38 outdoor spaces available. When the vendor selection emails come out, booth space requests are first come first serve depending on how soon the booth payment is made. There is a $10 application fee to apply to the Summer Craftacular. Booth spaces are $85. The application fee will come off of your booth if you are chosen, but unfortunately this fee is non-refundable if you are not chosen for this show. Payment may be submitted via paypal to naomi@glitterworkshop.com (preferred, but please do NOT send as personal payment!), by check or cash mailed or dropped off at The Glitter Workshop 6138 Mineral Point Rd. Madison, WI 53705, or you may call with a credit card number to Glitter at 608-238-3264. Applications will be considered invalid if the application fee is not received.
Applications will be accepted until April 20th with final notifications coming out by April 23rd. Final payments are due by April 30th

Sponsorship opportunities are available!
We are looking for sponsorship to help support our local artists, crafters, and encourage the people of Madison to buy handmade and buy local. The services helpful for putting on a great show include sign printing, flyer and post card printing, advertising, volunteer staffing and marketing, or breakfast and coffee for our vendors. Please contact us if you would like to sponsor the Craftacular with any of services listed, or for any services not listed! Additionally, two levels of monetary sponsorship are available:
* Level One Sponsorship: ($75)
o Logo on all print ads (sponsor responsible for providing logo design)

o Sponsorship included in all press releases as well as representation on the website
o Opportunity to have space on the promotional table
