Upgrades: The plan above should be more than enough for most needs, including e-commerce.  The only way you'll need anything more would be if you have TONS of pictures or if you suddenly get very, very popular.  If that ever happens, we will be proud of you and celebrate your success by working with you on some cheap upgrades to your service.

Support: Unlike a lot of hosting services, we are not a big company. We're a Madison-based shop who happens to have a professional web developer & server administrator on the team.
